Hawzah News Agency – The commander of the faithful, Imam Ali peace be upon him says:

ضَبْطُ النّفْسِ عندَ الرَّغَبِ والرَّهَبِ مِن أفضلِ الأدبِ.

'Self-restraint in times of desire and fear is one of the best manners.'
